Challenging Their Destiny Dream Builders has operated in North Sacramento since 2006. We challenge the youth we work with to make their own destiny, no matter what their life situation is. Putting emphasis on life skills and dream realization This is achieved by helping youth build the core values that may be missing in their lives that help them succeed in school and with their own personal growth.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to ending the violence and incarceration of youth by providing programs and services that will encourage personal growth, family unity, community building, and cultural awareness.
Our outreach programs focus on promoting community safety, literacy, and the advancement of education, as well as relief from poverty, health awareness, artistic expression, and community service. Our youth will begin laying the foundation of realizing their dreams from the inside out, instilling a life-long desire to achieve what they think is the impossible and participate in society as an educated and productive member of the community.
